Welcome to Vet Digital Growth (“VDG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.vetdigitalgrowth.com) and our services, including digital marketing, email/SMS campaigns, SEO, website optimization, social media, and advertising packages (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

VDG offers digital marketing services specifically tailored for veterinary clinics across North America. Our core offerings include:

      • SEO and local search optimization

      • Website development and optimization

      • Email and SMS marketing automation

      • Social media content creation and management

      • Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign management

      • CRM integration and appointment funnel setup

      • Reputation management

All service details, scope, and deliverables are outlined in our program packages (e.g., Growth Package, Accelerated Growth, Full Growth Partner) and are subject to signed agreements or authorizations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our site or purchasing services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract on behalf of your business.

3. Payments & Billing

All services are billed either as a one-time setup fee or a recurring monthly fee as specified in your selected package. Payments are processed via authorized credit card billing, as per the signed Credit Card Authorization Form.

      • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

      • Monthly services auto-renew unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

      • Ad spend for platforms such as Google and Facebook is billed separately and is the responsibility of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

      • Provide accurate and complete information required to perform services.

      • Approve deliverables such as ad copy, web content, or designs in a timely manner.

      • Grant access to platforms as needed (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).

      • Comply with all applicable laws governing your business and marketing content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by VDG, including websites, marketing copy, graphics, strategies, and campaign assets, remain the property of Vet Digital Growth unless otherwise agreed in writing.

      • You retain ownership of your clinic’s logo, photos, and proprietary data.

      • Licensed or purchased assets (e.g., stock photos, third-party tools) are subject to separate terms from those providers.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and treat all client data as confidential. We will not disclose or share your information with third parties except:

      • To perform our services with authorized partners.

      • When required by law.

      • With your written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific results, such as top Google rankings or exact appointment counts. While our strategies are based on proven industry models, performance may vary based on market, location, competition, and other variables.

VDG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vet Digital Growth be liable for:

      • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

      • Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

      • Errors caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, email carriers).

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the services shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the preceding 90 days.

9. Cancellation and Termination

      • Either party may terminate services with a 30-day written notice.

      • No refunds are provided for setup fees or partially used service months.

      • VDG reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

VDG reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
